How to steam clean own vehicle?

I want to shampoo/steam clean my carpets and upholstery, but don’t want to ruin my vehicle or make it mildewy, etc. Any suggestions?
help kids have sofa looking a mess,Can you use a reg steam cleaner for clothes and upholstery on a suede sofa?

When I look at the the material it say 100% poleyster, and not to use reg. upholstery shampoo cleaner. every thing you can imagine has been and spilled on this coach it is brand new though, don’t have a pro cleaning service near by live oversease and they don’t know of any.

im thinking about steam cleaning my car seat. when i do it, do i have to use a special kind of shampoo or will the water alone get the job done? also, will steam cleaning get rid of smell too (dog pooed on seat lol) or does it just take out the stain? thanks

A lot of similar questions have been asked on here but the answers given point to carpet CLEANING machines. I’m looking for a vacuum that has STEAMING capabilities. The machines in the grocery stores like Rug Doc. are just shampoo machines with scrubbing brushes. Thanks for any help!

We have hardwoods, but my doggies sometimes pee on the rugs. What is better, steam cleaning or shampoo cleaning them?
wow. thank you everyone! My rugs are not oriental (nice) ones, they’re just ones that I have gotten from Home Depot. Kind of cheap I guess. I thank you all for your advice.

I have a Bissell upright carpet shampooer, but funds are really tight right now and I can’t afford a bottle of shampoo. Is there anything I can use, like vinegar, that I could put in the machine without damaging the carpet or the machine? My puppies are having accidents all over the house and I need to clean up. TIA!
I really appreciate your answering me, except that I live in the States. I’ve never heard of the product you mentioned.

I need to wash the carpet but don’ t have any steam cleaner shampoo! I can’t get any for a while and the carpet needs cleaning soon! My boyfriend’s friend puked on his couches and carpet too.
